  • Item Dimensions:  When we call 16" bag, it means outside dimension, from left edge to right edgeInterior is less than the 16" for sure. If Internal has laptop compartment with cushion, it will be much less than 16".  Normally, full leather bag: interior is average 0.5 inches less than the exterior.; bag with cloth/fabric, interior is average 1 - 1.5 inches less than the exterior. It is important for you to take these rules into consideration when purchasing a bag for a laptop, or any other electronic devices.

  • Item Weight: Before your purchasing, please read the description to know the weight of the item. Most of the leather bags, especially full leather bags, are quite heavy. Even if for small leather bags, they are usually heavier than other type material bags, like non-cowhide leather, fabric or bond leather bags, etc.

  • Can I have the color/finish in the second, or third picture on your listing; or what color/finish it is?  The first picture with front looking represent the item for sale. The rest pictures are reference of item for sale only. If you missed that color/finish,  please do not ask because it could never be re-instock again.
  •  Is payment secure on Vagabond Traveler website?  We do not store any buyers confidential financial information. Your payment will go through either paypal or stripe.com. They are professional credit card processing company. After successful payment, we only see your shipping address. You can even save the credit card information when you make stripe payment gateway purchase so next time you do not need to type card number again.   • I am interested in purchasing the Vagabond Traveler XX Model in YY Color however it says you are currently out of stock. When will you have this available?

We do not know when it become available. The model might be discontinued or the color/finish might be different in next time production. It is always a good idea to check site every 3-4 months for new color/finish.

  • Your site has one item for sale but I did not see it on amazon/ebay etc, can you list it on ebay/amazon?  NoWe only select certain items to sell on other sites. Our own website carry most of items we have in stock. It is easy to list and manager.

  • When you ship out the package?  Normally within 24 hours except holiday and weekend. Packages will be shipped out either by FedEx ground or Post Office mail. Please check your spam email box to see if your have updated tracking information after 24 hours. If we have questions regarding your order, we will send you email to confirm the exchange or possible cancellation. If we do not hear you, we will wait for your response or may send you email again.
  • What is Free return? *  Free of asking questions during normal return period with order ID printed or written on the note. We will not ask why you return and we will not question and will not charge reinstocking, handing fee and materials fee.  Exceptions: postage for international shipping, express shipping (2nd day, overnight), priority mail, to region like HI, AK, PR state will not be refunded. For domestic standard shipping, since we are pay the shipping postage already, we do not pay for the return cost.  However, if customer request a return label, we can provide it at reasonable cost like 10 dollars for a standard package.
  •  International Free Shipping: as long as net order more than 500 dollars, we can provide free shipping service per buyer request before order; if order more than 350 dollars, we can compensate half postage cost per request before order. No refund/credit after purchase if not asking credit/refund before the order.
