1. Order number either in written or printed page enclosed in side of the box.  No need RMA number and no need to contact for confirmation as long as within return window. No reinstocking fee applied as long as package returned as original, item was not used etc. Generally it will be fully refund back to your original account. Return Requirements

For your return to be accepted it must include everything you originally received.


The return shall include: 

The retail box

All inner packaging

All accessories

All user manuals and disks if have.

All combo items must be returned together.

2. Exchange for a different bag will be welcome with properly selection of right bags for you. We can do a prepaid return label (around 12 dollars cost to send back to business address, which save your hassle and troubles).  Link for the Prepaid label

(( You do not need buy extra insurance or signature service as FedEx/UPS to business address has default signature service))  AND FedEx or UPS ground service is cheapest way for business location as long as package weight 3b or more.  The price difference is either debit or credit difference, including re-shipping fee.


Note:  for returned items, if found used, will be charged at least 20% of price value up to 50% depending on how the item was used. There is no return allowance after 30 days purchase window. Merchandise has to be returned in original box and packed well, otherwise it will cause extra 5 - 20% fee due to possible shipping damage. All the packing, insertion, wrapping material has to be returned; and make sure package the merchandise as the original way.


3.  We do not take return/exchange after 30 days purchase/invoice day (transaction day) does not matter item was used or not..

Post office service is recommend for small items, less than 2 lb package.  Please keep the tracking number for your record.
